Tech Tuesday, Top 5 Smartwatches You Should Look Out For!!
Tech Tuesday, as a watch lover myself it’s only right to give you guys the top 5 “Smartwatches” you should looking out for.
Apple Watch 4- The Apple Watch Series 4 is the best smartwatch you can buy right now. This is the first time Apple has updated their design of it’s smartwatch line, and it looks smooth and slick. You get a much bigger screen with the choice of 40mm or 44mm watch sizes, there's a wider display (which is still bright and clear) as well as all the rest of the tech we've come to expect from the Apple Watch. Even the speaker on the watch is louder than before. It’s lightweight and you can use all your existing Apple watch straps.
The dope thing about this watch is it has the ECG feature within the heart rate tracker. It can test your heart to see if you're at a high risk of atrial fibrillation, which will allow you to seek help earlier if your health is in danger. How dope is that! $384
2.Samsung Galaxy Watch- Samsung stepped their game up with this one. The new sporty watch from Samsung is one of a kind. The larger 46mm version of the watch it’s cool and it comes with a phenomenal four day battery life, so you don’t have to worry about charging it every few hours.. That's impressive considering a lot of other watches last a day or so from a single charge. The rotating bezel remains a highlight of navigating around the Tizen OS on the watch, and the interface is one of the easiest to pick up that we've seen on a smartwatch. The sporty watch comes with multiple app’s on the phone that can help you stay fit! Did I mention it’s very affordable! $198.49
3.Puma Smartwatch- Yes you see it right, Puma is launching their new “Smartwatch”. The sports brand has teamed up with the Fossil Group over the past year and it’s powered by Wear OS and Qualcomm’s Snapdragon Wear 3100 chipset. The Puma smartwatch will include a 1.19-inch round AMOLED display, housed inside a cut-out nylon and aluminum 44mm case. Puma is naturally aiming this smartwatch at sports fans, and it will will be swimproof and lightweight at 0.06 pounds thanks to some cut outs on the side of the device to reduce its weight. Puma’s smartwatch will include 4GB of storage and 512MB of RAM, which is the standard on most Wear OS watches. Puma’s smartwatch is powered by Wear OS you’ll get all the usual features like NFC payments, heart rate monitoring, fitness tracking, Google Assistant integration, and more. Puma is also supporting 16mm straps through a single prong strap buckle. $275
4. Fossil Sports Watch- It’s only right Fossil Sports is on the list. After working with Puma for their own Smartwatch, Fossil Smartwatch is one of the top watches on the market. Fossil has developed a lot of expertise in the wearable tech space over the last few years, and this has all culminated in the best smartwatch the company has made so far. The Fossil Smartwatch has GPS, it’s lightweight and yet it’s premium. The watch design is dope and it also has at least two days of battery life from a single charge. Fossil has packed a Snapdragon Wear 3100 chipset inside, which is the latest update from Qualcomm that offers a smoother experience than you'll get on a lot of older Wear OS watches. $295
5. Fitbit Versa- They say you leave the best for last, Fitbit is one of the biggest names in fitness tracking tech. Since 2017 Fitbit has release two of their watches. The company has now released their 3rd watch the “Fitbit Versa”. The watch is a touch smaller than the other one (that's the Ionic) but it comes with Fitbit Pay for contactless payments, 2.5GB of storage for music and battery life that'll last around three days. You can’t go wrong with any of the watches on the list but just a quick note the Fitbit watch is more affordable choices on this list. So choose wisely and stay up to date with the technology that’s out Now!! $199.95
