Day 1

Day 1

I didn’t know what to expect going into this summit. I’ve known of  Dad2.0 ever since I started blogging 6 years ago.

This was by far the best decision I made when it came down to investing in my brand. I met father’s from all walks of life, met a lot of cool brands that I use on a daily basis like the head Sponsors of Dove Men Care and a few more like Best Buy, Goggle and Lego Land. The energy in the summit was at 💯 . Everyone was about their business and it motivated me to see other fathers doing what I’m doing and being successful at it. It was Dope!

Stepping out of New York and meeting Dad’s from all over the country was eye opening. I met this one Dad Donald the first night and to my surprise our background was very similar. We had a deep conversation and the very common question came up. How many kids do you have? I told him I had 2 but my angel Ella was in Heaven. Once he heard about my Ella he hugged me like I’ve never been hugged in my life. To be honest, I needed that in so many ways. That’s why I wanted to shout him out, Thank You Brother!

Did I mention it was held in Tim Duncan’s Town, San Antonio?! Let me just say it’s one of the best cities I’ve been to, hands down! I’ve learned so much in the 3 days that I was there and overall left inspired in so many ways.
