We get a glimpse of the Carter family life when Jay explains how his daughter Blue Ivy told him how she felt. It's the cutest thing you could ever imagine. Moments like this is what fills my heart up with Joy. #MissingElla
“I feel grateful every day,” he says. “I wake up, look around, look at my kids, they’re healthy.”
In order to paint “a picture of how healthy” they are “at this present time,” Hov shared a story about 6-year-old Blue Ivy. “I told her to get in the car the other day because she was asking a thousand questions and we had to leave for school,” he said. “We’re driving and then, I hear a little voice [say], "Dad, I didn’t like when you told me to get in the car, the way you told me," — she’s six — "It hurt my feelings. ”
Laughing, JAY-Z explained the joy that brought him. “That’s the most beautiful thing you’ve ever said to me,” he recalls saying in response.
